Report a message or a person
Press and hold a message in a circle's chat and choose Report message, or open the circle's member list and choose Report next to a person. You can choose to block them at the same time. Safety reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
Block someone
Press and hold a message or open the member list and choose Block. A blocked person's messages disappear from your chat and they stop appearing in your notifications. You can undo it in You, then Blocked people.
Mute a circle
Open the circle and tap the bell at the top (inside a room, the speaker). Choose how long to silence it. Everyone else keeps their notifications.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen choose Forgot your password? and follow the link we email you.
Delete my account
Open the You tab, scroll to the bottom and choose Delete account. This is permanent. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what is removed.
